Economist with broad experience in different research fields and management of research teams. Experience including macroeconomics (macroeconomic modelling, simulations, forecasting and scenarios), financial markets, asset allocation, strategy, stress tests, public finance, scenario's, circular economy, strategy, sustainability. Always thinks that short-termism must be counterweighted by a long term view, that financial arguments must be balanced with social and ecological viewpoints, and searching for practical applications of theoretical views.

Experienced manager of (commercial) research units, change management, and large scale strategic projects.
Like to write, talk and discuss all aspects of the economy for clients, in the media or just with colleagues over a cup of coffee.
