Your Role & Responsibilities
- As a Sustainability Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee sustainability initiatives – Manage project planning, execution, and progress tracking across environmental, social, and compliance-related topics.
- Drive strategic project management – Develop and execute sustainability project plans, ensuring clear milestones, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams – Work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and sustainability specialists to keep projects on track.
- Implement data management systems – Support the IT team in transitioning to new sustainability data collection and management platforms.
- Manage business operations – Establish efficient workflows, OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), and a structured rhythm of business for the Sustainability team.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstratable experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues, particularly within education and technology sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools for tracking budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and external partners.
- A strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to manage both high-level planning and detailed execution.
