In this role, you will elevate the sustainability program of Versuni, driving its impact and innovation. While being part of Versuni it’s Legal team, you will lead sustainability initiatives, translating them into concrete business requirements. You will also spearhead the completion of the ESG reporting framework while enhancing Versuni’s sustainability communication.
The impact you’ll make:
- shaping and implementing the company’s ESG strategy and commitments
- implement the regulatory requirements and standards for ESG, such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive,
- measure and review the impact of ESG programs, plan and implement ESG reporting and communication using advanced IT ESG data tools,
- connect people within and outside the company to enable programs for sustainability and ESG,
- respond to external stakeholder questionnaires
- prioritize and drive choices for recognizable and impactful initiatives,
- work on a global level
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- High-energy and flexible mindset
- Quick learner, all-rounder, and team player with the business and other functions,
- Result-driven
- Data-driven communicator, pragmatic and hands-on.
- 5-10 years of experience in ESG.
- Experience in a fast-growing, transformative, or private equity owned company is a plus.
- Track record of successfully pushing change; collating data from a wide range of sources; and turning data into insights.

You are part of Versuni it’s Legal Department based in Amsterdam. You will work very closely with the finance function for ESG reporting, IT, marketing and communications and with the businesses and operations.
