Loes van Dijk

Loes specialises in corporate law, with a special focus on financial reporting law, corporate governance, and audit firms and accountancy. She advises a wide range of Dutch and international clients and litigates on their behalf.

Loes has a master's degree in Civil Law and in Strategic Management from Radboud University in Nijmegen. She publishes on a regular basis on corporate law related topics, primarily focusing on ESG and sustainability reporting law.
