Learn to devise, refine and execute your sustainability strategy during this 2-day masterclass. Together we will identify opportunities to link the broad area of sustainability to your organisation’s purpose and strategy. We combine research-based insights with practical case-driven lessons. Piece by piece, we explore and co-create a tailor-made sustainability approach for you. Whether you prefer sustainable, SDG, MVO, CSR, RBC, ESG, impact-driven or purpose-based approaches, you’ll discover why context is key.

- Group: maximum 20 participants
- Certificate: you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the University of Amsterdam
- We offer the option to arrange accommodation

What will you learn?

- know how to formulate a stakeholder strategy that balances economic and social objectives;

- be able to (re-)evaluate your business model in relation to sustainability and re-examine your organisational and professional purpose;
- have learned new ways of ‘selling’ sustainability inside your organisation.
